Architectural Design Documentation
Conceptual Design: We develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet your needs and vision. This stage corresponds to the LOD 100 Revit model.
Schematic Design: We turn concepts into schematic designs for initial planning and feasibility studies. This stage matches the LOD 200 Revit model.
Design Development: We refine designs into detailed plans and specifications ready for construction. This stage matches the LOD 300 Revit model.
Construction Documentation (CD Set): We prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. This stage matches the LOD 400 Revit model, which accurately shows size, location, shape, quantity, and orientation. It also includes information on fabrication, assembly, and detailing.

2D CAD Drafting: Creation of detailed 2D architectural drawings from point cloud data or existing blueprints.
3D BIM Modeling: Development of high-quality Building Information Models (BIM) for enhanced project visualization and coordination.
Architectural Visualization: Rendering photorealistic 3D images and animations for project presentations and marketing materials.

Clash Detection: Our BIM Clash Coordination Services help detect conflicts between trades before construction starts. We offer clash detection and coordination for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architecture, and Structural trades. The result is a fully coordinated model that integrates all trades. Our services ensure all building systems work together seamlessly.
BIM Services for Quantity Takeoff: We generate accurate Quantity Takeoff from fully-coordinated 3D models. The Quantity Takeoff is automatically updated to reflect any changes in the model.
